Method:Baking

1. Formula

  1. 1 2/3 cups hot water
  2. 1 (6 ounce) package STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
  3. 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
  4. 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  5. 1/3 cup Breaksone's or Knudsen Sour Cream

  • Carbohydrates: 23 g
  • Dietary Fiber: 0 g
  • Fat: 12 g
  • Protein: 27 g
  • Sugars: 3 g

3. Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Add hot water to stuffing mix; stir just until moistened. Set aside.
  2. Place chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish or 2-quart casserole. Mix soup and sour cream; pour over chicken. Top with prepared stuffing.
  3. Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

4. Remark

Boneless chicken breasts are covered with a sauce of sour cream and cream of mushroom soup, topped with stuffing and baked for a family-pleasing main dish.

Serving Suggestion
Serve with a steamed, green vegetable such as broccoli and a glass of fat free milk.
