Method:Baking

1. Formula

  1. 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  2. 1/2 medium onion, sliced into rings
  3. 2 medium red cooking apples, sliced
  4. 1/2 cup maple-flavored or pancake syrup
  5. 1/3 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

Please avoid eating too much Fat and Calories to keep fit and lose your weight.

3. Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray large nonstick ovenproof skillet with cooking spray. Heat on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 3 min. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides. Remove from heat.
  2. Place onion on top of chicken; place apples around sides of chicken. Mix syrup and dressing; pour over chicken.
  3. Bake 20 to 25 min. or until chicken is cooked through. Spoon syrup mixture in skillet over chicken just before serving.

Notes:

Cooking Know-How
If you do not have an ovenproof skillet, simply cover the handle of your regular skillet with several layers of foil before using.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with MINUTE RICE or STOVE TOP Stuffing.
Round Out The Meal
Serve with crusty bread and a green salad.
Great Substitute
Substitute honey for the maple-flavored syrup.
