1. Formula
- 1 whole clove
- 1/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 lemon slice
- 2 ounces Applejack
- 1/4 ounce pure maple syrup
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3/4 cup boiling water

3. Directions
- Press the clove into the lemon slice. Place the Applejack, lemon juice, maple syrup and cinnamon stick in a heatproof mug. Top with 3/4 cup boiling water and stir. Float the lemon slice on top.
