  2. 1/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  3. 1 lemon slice
  4. 2 ounces Applejack
  5. 1/4 ounce pure maple syrup
  6. 1 cinnamon stick
  7. 3/4 cup boiling water

3. Directions

  1. Press the clove into the lemon slice. Place the Applejack, lemon juice, maple syrup and cinnamon stick in a heatproof mug. Top with 3/4 cup boiling water and stir. Float the lemon slice on top.
