Method:Frying

1. Formula

  1. 4 (6 ounce) bone-in pork chops, 3/4-thick each
  2. 1 teaspoon oil
  3. 1/4 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
  4. 1 small onion, sliced
  5. 1 clove garlic, minced
  6. 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
  7. 1 (15.25 ounce) can pear halves, undrained

  • Calories: 234 kcal
  • Carbohydrates: 15 g
  • Dietary Fiber: 2 g
  • Fat: 9 g
  • Protein: 21 g
  • Sugars: 10 g

Please avoid eating too much Fat and Calories to keep fit and lose your weight.

3. Directions

  1. Brown chops in oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 3 min. on each side. Remove from skillet; set aside.
  2. Add 2 Tbsp. of the dressing, onion, garlic and rosemary to skillet. Cook 3 min.
  3. Return chops to skillet. Add pears with juice and remaining 2 Tbsp. dressing. Simmer on medium heat 10 min. or until chops are cooked through. Arrange chops on platter; spoon sauce over chops.
