Method:Frying

1. Formula

  1. 1 pound lean ground beef
  2. 10 PREMIUM Saltine Crackers, crushed
  3. 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
  4. 1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved in
  5. 1/2 cup boiling water
  6. 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  7. 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Please avoid eating too much Fat and Calories to keep fit and lose your weight.

3. Directions

  1. Mix meat, cracker crumbs and 2 Tbsp. of the dressing until well blended. Shape into 32 (1-inch) balls.
  2. Heat remaining dressing in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add meatballs; cook 8 min. or until browned, turning occasionally. Add bouillon; simmer 5 min. or until meatballs are cooked through (160 degrees F).
  3. Stir in sour cream; cook 30 sec. or until heated through but not simmering, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Let stand 5 min. or until cheese is melted.

4. Remark

Combining a few classic ingredients makes these meatballs a saucy dish to remember.
