 Method:Grilling
1. Formula
- 4 medium zucchini, cut diagonally into 1/2-inch-thick slices
- 3 red bell peppers, cut into 1/2-inch wide strips
- 3 yellow bell peppers, cut into 1/2-inch wide strips
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1/4 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
Please avoid eating too much Fat and Calories to keep fit and lose your weight.
3. Directions
- Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill vegetables until tender, but crisp.
- Place vegetables in large bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat. Sprinkle with cheese

How to Buy Peppers
Look for very bright colors and firm, thick flesh. Refrigerate, unwashed, in plastic bag for 1 to 2 weeks.
