Method:Grilling

1. Formula

  1. 4 medium zucchini, cut diagonally into 1/2-inch-thick slices
  2. 3 red bell peppers, cut into 1/2-inch wide strips
  3. 3 yellow bell peppers, cut into 1/2-inch wide strips
  4. 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
  5. 1/4 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese

Please avoid eating too much Fat and Calories to keep fit and lose your weight.

3. Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill vegetables until tender, but crisp.
  2. Place vegetables in large bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat. Sprinkle with cheese

How to Buy Peppers
Look for very bright colors and firm, thick flesh. Refrigerate, unwashed, in plastic bag for 1 to 2 weeks.
