 Method:Grilling
1. Formula
- 4 ears of corn
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
Please avoid eating too much Fat and Calories to keep fit and lose your weight.
3. Directions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Husk corn; remove silk. Rinse under cold water; shake off excess water. Wrap each ear in foil.
- Grill 15 to 20 min. or until corn is tender, turning occasionally. Remove from grill; unwrap corn.
- Meanwhile, mix butter, Parmesan cheese and parsley. Spread butter mixture on corn.
4. Remark
Jazz up grilled corn with flavored butters that take only seconds to make.
Notes:Serving Suggestion
For a great barbecue meal, serve this corn on the cob with grilled chicken breasts and fresh fruit salad.
Variation Barbecue Butter
Substitute 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce for the cheese and parsley.
