Method:Baking

1. Formula

  1. 1 pastry for a 1-crust, 9-inch pie
  2. 2 cups KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  3. 2 tablespoons flour
  4. 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, cooked, well drained
  5. 1 cup milk
  6. 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  7. 3 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
  8. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  9. 1 dash pepper

  • Carbohydrates: 13 g
  • Dietary Fiber: 1 g
  • Fat: 22 g
  • Protein: 11 g
  • Sugars: 1 g

3. Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Roll pastry to 12-inch circle on lightly floured surface. Place in 9-inch pie plate. Turn under edge; flute.
  2. Toss cheese with flour in medium bowl. Add spinach, milk, eggs, bacon and seasonings; mix well. Pour into pastry shell.
  3. Bake 1 hour or until set.

Substitute
Substitute KRAFT Shredded Swiss Cheese for Cheddar cheese.
