Method:Baking

1. Formula

  1. 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  2. 3 teaspoons sugar
  3. 3 tart apples
  4. 4 large eggs
  5. 1/2 cup 2% reduced-fat milk
  6. 1 cup SPLENDA(R) No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
  7. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  8. 1 tablespoon baking powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  10. 3 egg whites
  11. 4 tablespoons butter

  • Protein: 5 g
  • Sugars: 9 g

Please avoid eating too much Fat and Calories to keep fit and lose your weight.

3. Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix the cinnamon and sugar together; set aside.
  3. Sift together the flour, baking powder, and baking soda; set aside.
  4. Peel, core and slice the apples.
  5. Combine whole eggs, milk and SPLENDA(R) Granulated Sweetener in a food processor.
  6. Whip egg whites in a separate bowl to soft peaks. Gently fold egg whites into the egg mixture. Add flour mixture into the batter and gently fold until well mixed.
  7. Melt one tablespoon of butter over medium heat in a medium-sized, ovenproof frying pan. Add apples and one tablespoon of the cinnamon sugar mixture. Cook until apples begin to brown. Pour 1/4 of the pancake batter into the pan.
  8. Place pan in the preheated oven and bake12-15 minutes or until firm.
  9. Remove pancake from pan by turning upside down onto a plate.
  10. Serve immediately.
  11. Garnish with fresh fruit or creme fraiche, if desired.

4. Remark

Apples are baked into fluffy pancakes for a delicious breakfast treat.
