Method:Boiling

1. Formula

  1. 1 pound sweet Italian sausage
  2. 1/2 cup KRAFT Greek Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
  3. 1 (3 pound) roasting chicken, cut up
  4. 1/2 pound medium mushrooms, halved
  5. 1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
  6. 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  7. 1/4 cup water
  8. 6 cups hot cooked MINUTE White Rice

Please avoid eating too much Fat and Calories to keep fit and lose your weight.

3. Directions

  1. Pierce sausage with fork. Cook in large skillet on medium-high heat 15 to 20 min. or until browned. Remove from skillet. Cut into pieces; set aside.
  2. Add 1/4 cup of the dressing and chicken to skillet; cook 10 min. or until chicken is browned on both sides. Stir in sausage, mushrooms, broth and remaining 1/4 cup dressing.
  3. Dissolve cornstarch in water; add to skillet. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer 15 min. or until chicken is cooked through. Serve over rice.

Substitute
Prepare as directed, using KRAFT LIGHT DONE RIGHT! Red Wine Vinaigrette Reduced Fat Dressing.
Jazz It Up
Add a sprinkling of chopped fresh parsley to jazz this up a bit.
