  1. 1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  2. 1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  3. 2 scallions, thinly sliced
  4. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  5. 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill or parsley
  6. Freshly ground pepper to taste
