 Method:Raw
1. Formula
- 2 cups chopped cucumber
- 2 medium tomatoes, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped green peppers
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
- 1/2 cup ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Greek Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
Please avoid eating too much Fat and Calories to keep fit and lose your weight.
3. Directions
- Toss all ingredients.
- Serve immediately. Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

This fresh Greek vegetable salad couldn't be easier!
Notes:Make Ahead
Making this salad ahead of time allows time for all the flavors to blend. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours before serving.
