Method:Boiling

1. Formula

  1. 4 ounces PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
  2. 1/2 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
  3. 3/4 cup milk
  4. 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  5. 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  6. 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  7. 8 ounces fettuccine, cooked, drained
  8. 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

3. Directions

  1. Mix cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk, butter, white pepper and garlic powder in medium saucepan; cook on low heat until cream cheese is melted and mixture is well blended.
  2. Toss with hot fettucine. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

4. Remark

Cream cheese and milk replace the heavy cream in this classic, velvety smooth pasta sauce flavored with Parmesan cheese.
