Method:Boiling

1. Formula

  1. 1 envelope GOOD SEASONS Italian Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix, prepared using less-oil directions
  2. 1/2 cup FILIPPO BERIO Olive Oil
  3. 1/4 cup white vinegar
  4. 3 tablespoons water
  5. 2 (9 ounce) packages refrigerated cheese tortellini, cooked, drained and rinsed
  6. 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  7. 1 (8 ounce) package KRAFT Mozzarella Cheese, cubed
  8. 1 large green pepper, chopped
  9. 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  10. 1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced pitted ripe olives, drained

2. Nutrition Information

  • Calories: 296 kcal
  • Carbohydrates: 27 g
  • Dietary Fiber: 2 g
  • Fat: 17 g
  • Protein: 9 g
  • Sugars: 2 g

3. Directions

  1. Prepare salad dressing mix with oil, vinegar and water as directed on package; set aside.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat. Cover.
  3. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
