Method:Boiling

1. Formula

  1. 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained
  2. 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, undrained
  3. 1/4 cup finely chopped white onion
  4. 3/4 cup finely chopped plum tomatoes
  5. 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  6. 1 jalapeno, seeded, finely chopped
  7. 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  8. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  9. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  10. 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

  • Calories: 51 kcal
  • Carbohydrates: 9 g
  • Dietary Fiber: 3 g
  • Fat: 0 g
  • Protein: 3 g
  • Sugars: 2 g

Please avoid eating too much Fat and Calories to keep fit and lose your weight.

3. Directions

  1. Place the 2 cans of black beans in a large bowl. Using a potato masher or your hands, partially mash the beans until coarse and slightly pasty.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until well incorporated. Season to taste with salt and Tabasco sauce, if necessary.

4. Remark

Liven up your salsa with some black beans. It's a seriously spicy dip.
