Method:Sauteing

1. Formula

  1. 1 tablespoon oil
  2. 6 thin boneless beef steaks (1/4 to 1/2-inch thick)
  3. 2 large tomatoes, chopped
  4. 1 cup yellow bell pepper, finely chopped
  5. 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
  6. 1 (6 ounce) package STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken, prepared as directed on package
  7. 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Please avoid eating too much Fat and Calories to keep fit and lose your weight.

3. Directions

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add steaks; cook 1 min. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides.
  2. Meanwhile, mix tomatoes, peppers and dressing; spoon over steaks. Top with prepared stuffing; sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted and steak is cooked to medium doneness (160 degrees F.)

4. Remark

Cheese and tomato toppings give these super quick steaks a savory sizzle.

Notes:

Jazz It Up
Stir 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil into tomato mixture.
Substitute
Substitute 6 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves or 1/4-inch thick boneless pork chops (1-1/2 lb.) for the steaks. Increase cooking time to 4 min. on each side until meat is cooked through.
