Method:Sauteing

1. Formula

  1. 1/4 cup KRAFT LIGHT DONE RIGHT! Zesty Italian Reduced Fat Dressing, divided
  2. 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  3. 1 1/3 cups water
  4. 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  5. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  6. 2 cups frozen broccoli florets
  7. 1 1/2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked

  • Calories: 162 kcal
  • Carbohydrates: 6 g
  • Dietary Fiber: 2 g

3. Directions

  1. Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 to 7 min. or until cooked through.
  2. Add water, teriyaki sauce and garlic powder; stir. Bring to boil.
  3. Stir in broccoli and rice; cover. Cook on low heat 5 min. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Fluff with fork.
