Method:Sauteing

1. Formula

  1. 1 tablespoon oil
  2. 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  3. 1 (14.5 ounce) can fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
  4. 1/4 cup KRAFT Ranch Dressing
  5. 2 tablespoons flour
  6. 6 TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Flour Tortillas, cut into small pieces
  7. 1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Four Cheese
  8. 1/2 cup TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Salsa

Please avoid eating too much Fat and Calories to keep fit and lose your weight.

3. Directions

  1. Heat oil in large deep skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 7 min. or until cooked through, stirring occasionally.
  2. Mix broth, dressing and flour until well blended; gradually add to chicken, stirring constantly. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 3 min. Add tortillas; stir to combine.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Simmer 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted. Top with salsa.

4. Remark

Enchiladas get a simple update in this quick and delicious main dish skillet.
