Method:Sauteing

1. Formula

  1. 1/4 cup KRAFT CATALINA Dressing, divided
  2. 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  3. 1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
  4. 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  5. 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  6. 1/2 pound thin spaghetti, broken in half, uncooked
  7. 2 cups broccoli florets
  8. 1 cup thin carrot slices

Please avoid eating too much Fat and Calories to keep fit and lose your weight.

3. Directions

  1. Heat 2 Tbsp. of the dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 min. or until cooked through.
  2. Add remaining 2 Tbsp. dressing, 1-1/2 cups water, chicken broth, soy sauce and peanut butter; mix well. Bring to a boil. Add spaghetti; cover. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 min.
  3. Stir in broccoli and carrots; cover. Simmer 4 to 6 min. or until spaghetti is tender. Serve immediately. Or, cover and refrigerate to serve chilled.

Notes:

Great Substitute
Try making with other noodles, such as egg noodles, rice noodles or angel hair pasta.
Special Extra
Sprinkle with chopped PLANTERS Peanuts and cilantro just before serving.
